STATE OF MIND - CHRIS

State of Mind a series looking into the activities we do to manage our mental health. As awareness has grown over recent years it has become more mainstream to discuss mental health in public channels. This project is about Chris and his story about how triathlon has changed his life for the better. I met on a breathing workshop (State of Mind - Breathing), talks about how starting Triathlon has transformed his life and the link between the breath work and competing.
